Signature Vineyard Walk And Tasting
You’re in for a real treat. Escape to the country for a private “Signature Vineyard Walk & Wine Tasting” for 6 people who you hold nearest and dearest. This is an intimate guided walk around the vineyards where you will learn about the challenges of growing grapes in our climate and the skill and hard work that go into overcoming them to produce internationally award winning sparkling wines. Learn the wonders of our “terroir” and intricate relationships between man, soil and weather, all the while sipping on gorgeous and refreshing sparkling wines and taking in the Wiltshire countryside. The wine tasting will be accompanied by a lovely selection of locally sourced cheeses, meats and other nibbles. We will touch upon how the wines are made and how to smell and taste wine alongside basic pairing rules – a taste of Wiltshire awaits!
We are donating half cases (3 bottles) of our sparkling wine as an alternative for those who don’t want to or can’t travel to come and see us. You’re not getting off lightly though. We will also include a voucher for our Signature Vineyard Walk & Wine Tasting for two. No excuses, although of course, they can be given as a gift. Our Bluestone Classic Cuvee is delicious and drinking beautifully now. It is on the upward trajectory to its peak and will continue to develop and drink well over the next few years.

Grapevines are extremely sensitive and revealing plants, and have been used for thousands of years telling tales of the land through bearing its fruits and being made into the “Nectar of the Gods”. The McConnell brothers at Bluestone Vineyards are extremely passionate about the outdoors, nature and and our place alongside it. They are here to grow beautiful, expressive grapes that are nurtured into wines of distinction and place, showcasing the beauty of everything from a single moment with the sole purpose of sharing it with you and the ones you love.
The McConnell’s branched out from running a popular visitor attraction focussed on conserving British Rare Breeds by welcoming the addition of 15,000 grapevines to the family. Our goal was to create more opportunities to spend time doing the things we loved and do it more often. We love to spend time with friends and family, so naturally we decided to grow and create a product with passion and purpose that could play the social centre or the supporting role.
Life is for celebrating and you should celebrate more. The small things, the big things and the in between things. You don’t need an excuse, do what you like, do what you love! Just be sure to do it with ones you love with a glass of Bluestone in hand.
