We’re going out with a bang with this season’s final concert – Dani Howard’s Silver Falls Expanded is an immersive light-show experience not to be missed. We tell the untold story of Florence Price – an African-American composer neglected by history, whose music merges European classical sounds with the haunting melodies of African American spirituals and folk tunes. Elisabeth Brauß playing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 4 is a fitting finish to the Season as during lockdown she performed for an LCO online concert with no audience in the room.
