Advance Booking The Box Office is open for advance bookings from 10am-5pm (until 6pm on concert days) Monday to Friday. Advance bookings cannot be made after 6pm or at weekends/bank holidays. After 6pm the Box Office is open for personal callers for that evening's concert only.

The Footstool Restaurant In the Crypt is open from 5.30pm for supper menu, buffet and licensed refreshments. For reservations, please call 020 7222 2779. As LCO's concerts invariably sell out, it is advisable to book well in advance if you wish to dine before the concert. The Footstool will be closed to the public post concert on 5 December and 24 June 2009.

Parking St. John's is within the congestion charge zone (in operation Monday-Friday 7am-6pm).

Parking meters and Residents Parking are in operation during the day Monday-Saturday until 6.30pm. In the evenings and weekends there is usually ample space locally. There is NCP parking in Greencoat Place.

Access Unfortunately there is no lift for customer use at St John’s, Smith Square. The concert hall is currently trying to raise money to improve access, but the results are unlikely to be forthcoming for another 5 years or so. There are 14 steps to access the concert hall from the street and then access to the Footstool restaurant is down a spiral staircase.
